Clinical Research Coordinator

I am a clinical research coordinator interested in how computational and neuroimaging methods can help us better understand mental health. My current work in the Berner Lab supports clinical and computational eating disorder research at Mount Sinai.
I earned a B.A. in Psychology from Columbia University, with a concentration in Computer Science and a minor in Statistics. My background includes clinical research, behavioral experiments, natural language processing, and fMRI data collection.
Current work
In the Berner Lab, I support clinical and computational research through participant screening, clinical interviewing, study coordination, and quantitative and neuroimaging data analysis, including work connected to the ENIGMA Eating Disorders initiative.
Senior thesis
My senior thesis investigated loneliness and emotion perception using natural language processing to analyze participants’ written responses to emotional video stimuli.
Methods
I have experience with behavioral study design, web-based experiments, data analysis, natural language processing, machine learning, and fMRI data collection.
